Responsibilities

- Design transparency protocols for explainable AI systems (XAI)
- Establish continuous monitoring systems for ethical AI performance
- Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance with global AI governance standards
- Author thought leadership on responsible AI adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership roles
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving US AI regulations
- Proven experience implementing bias mitigation techniques in ML pipelines
- Strong understanding of ethical frameworks (utilitarianism, deontology, virtue ethics)
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
