Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven quantum/AI innovation track record
- Expertise in emerging tech governance frameworks (NIST AI, ISO 42001)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or sustainable tech
- Experience scaling R&D teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) or equivalent
- Portfolio of deployed solutions impacting $100M+ markets
