Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026+ strategic innovation roadmap using market foresight, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch disruptive products/services aligned with future market needs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board members to secure buy-in and resources
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or product leadership with proven 5+ year horizon planning experience
- Expertise in futures thinking, strategic foresight methodologies, and trend analysis frameworks
- Track record of launching disruptive products/services in tech or adjacent industries
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, sustainability tech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field preferred
- Experience building innovation labs or venture incubation within organizations
