- Manage a $50M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven decision frameworks
- Establish strategic partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and global innovation accelerators
- Mentor a team of 15+ futurist researchers and engineers
- Present annual innovation forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent development for breakthrough technologies with 50+ annual filings
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Materials Science with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of scaling technology innovations from concept to market
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 innovation labs or unicorn startups
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum applications
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or C++)
- Certification in Future Foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell Foresight)
