Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of global tech policy and ethical implications
- Prior success securing $10M+ in innovation funding
