Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Modeling: Design and maintain complex data models and schemas to support enterprise-level reporting and analytics.
- Dashboard Development: Create interactive, high-performance dashboards in Power BI and Tableau to visualize KPIs and track business health.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and executives to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate data requirements into technical solutions.
- ETL Optimization: Streamline data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data accuracy and real-time availability.
- Data Governance: Establish best practices for data quality, security, and documentation across the analytics department.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Visualization Tools: Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
