Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-AI convergence and sustainable tech
- Secure $50M+ in venture capital and government grants
- Partner with MIT, Stanford, and EU Innovation Labs
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and UN Tech Summits
- Mentor a global team of 15+ PhD researchers
- Drive 3+ patentable innovations annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent
- 10+ years in emerging tech R&D with 5+ in leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Proven track record of scaling tech from lab to market
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and carbon-neutral tech
- Experience securing $10M+ in research funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming
- Global speaking and thought leadership portfolio
