What You'll Do:

- Build executive presentations and stakeholder reports translating complex tech into business value
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry forums

Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends to build 2026 implementation roadmaps
- Develop strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Lead technology due diligence for M&A opportunities
- Create executive dashboards tracking technology adoption metrics
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors
- Mentor junior innovation strategists and tech analysts
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, etc.)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with $1M+ budgets
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
