Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps for 2026+ technological adoption
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Develop future-proof business models for emerging markets and regulatory environments
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for disruptive technologies
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed innovation into corporate DNA
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our 2026 Visionary Fellowship
- Present strategic frameworks to global stakeholders and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or corporate foresight roles
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies to commercial viability
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI governance, or circular economy
- Certificate in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Innovation preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience working with multinational regulatory bodies and standards organizations
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year+ technology roadmaps
