Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen SaaS ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite executives to build 2026-ready digital transformation blueprints
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary AI/quantum hybrid solutions
- Author thought leadership pieces on Technology Singularity Preparedness
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation incubator budget with VC-style ROI tracking
- Mentor Quantum Computing Fellows in emerging algorithm development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching category-defining tech products
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, neuro-interfaces, or synthetic biology
- Published author in MIT Tech Review or equivalent tier
- PhD in Computer Science/Physics or equivalent industry disruption
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 tech trend accuracy >85%
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Security clearance for national innovation initiatives
