Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps for quantum-AI-bio convergence technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Coordinate with global R&D centers in Berlin, Singapore, and Tokyo
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology trends
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching products with >$100M market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or German preferred
- Portfolio of 3+ patented innovations
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for visionary projects
