Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps for quantum AI and neurotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior futurists and engineers in emerging technology adoption frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech leadership roles
- Proven track record launching products with 2020-2025 market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced AI
- Published thought leadership in journals like Nature Futures or IEEE Spectrum
- PhD or equivalent in emerging technology from top-tier institution
