Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions relevant to 2026
- Develop data-driven strategic frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term business adaptation
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused insights into innovation roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership presentations on future trends and strategic implications
- Establish cross-functional foresight working groups to align organizational priorities with future opportunities
- Author high-impact research publications and industry whitepapers positioning Horizon Dynamics as a future authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and disruptive technology assessment
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence, and sustainable tech
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects with measurable business impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) or equivalent professional credential
