Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integrated systems, autonomous infrastructure)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 companies
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage innovation KPIs and ROI tracking for experimental projects
- Mentor junior talent in design thinking and agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI ethics, quantum applications, circular economy models)
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing P&L for experimental ventures
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global collaboration capabilities
