Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and competitive threats
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI using advanced analytics
- Forge strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley disruptors and academic institutions
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services post-2020
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) preferred
- Experience securing venture capital or corporate innovation funding
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Portfolio of 3+ patented innovations or industry-disrupting projects
