Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen solutions across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $1B+ market potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board of directors

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of launching products with 10M+ user impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, ICF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech commercialization projects
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
