Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market disruptions using predictive analytics
- Partner with VPs to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Drive strategic partnerships with startups, academic institutions, and industry consortia
- Present innovation frameworks to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, IoT, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Strong executive communication with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Experience building innovation ecosystems across global markets
- Portfolio showcasing implemented future-focused initiatives
