Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market trends
- Lead scenario planning and predictive analysis for emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate strategic insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to track innovation portfolio performance and ROI
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and resource allocation

- Represent the company at industry foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven expertise in futures thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global organizations
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
