Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Identify emerging technology trends and assess commercial viability
- Manage portfolio of moonshot projects with $10M+ budgets
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- PhD in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience with foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
- Strong network with global research institutions
- Fluency in technical and executive communication
