Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate AI
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and patent opportunities
- Design and validate future-proof product architectures for scalability in 2026+ environments
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and technology adoption curves
- Maintain partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, biotech, or quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable system architecture design
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and lean startup methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical AI and sustainable tech principles
