- Develop proprietary quantum algorithms solving previously intractable problems
- Establish industry standards for quantum security protocols in post-quantum era
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging quantum machine learning paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature/Science/Physical Review X)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum development frameworks
- Proven track record of building fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface/colour codes)
- Certification in quantum security architecture (e.g., IBM Quantum Safe)
- Experience with superconducting and photonic quantum computing platforms
