Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce foresight reports and scenario planning for 5-year tech horizons
- Partner with VCs and startups to scout emerging innovations
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends (2018-2025 validated)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, or synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Strong network with Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Certification in Technology Foresight preferred
