Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological trends (AI ethics, quantum computing, neuro interfaces) to identify 2026 market opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for future-proofing organizational capabilities and product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing innovation frameworks and agile prototyping
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-driven strategic recommendations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry think tanks
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation consulting, R&D, or strategic planning
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (blockchain, AR/VR, biotech convergence)
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management (e.g., CFCS)
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method)
- Portfolio of published trend reports or strategic frameworks
