Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives for AI-driven sustainability and quantum computing applications
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies in biotech, space, and neurotech
- Develop patent strategies and IP portfolios for breakthrough innovations
- Collaborate with government agencies on policy frameworks for emerging tech
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and external investors
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation management or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AI ethics
- Experience with patent prosecution and IP valuation frameworks
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Roadmapping
