We are seeking a visionary Head of 2026 Roadmap & AI Strategy to lead our organization into the next era of technological evolution. In this pivotal role, you will define the strategic vision and technical milestones for the year 2026, bridging the gap between current capabilities and future innovations in Generative AI and Enterprise Systems.
At Quantum Horizon Labs, we don't just predict the future; we engineer it. You will work directly with C-level executives to ensure our products remain at the forefront of the market by anticipating shifts in technology, consumer behavior, and regulatory landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Develop and maintain a comprehensive, long-term technology roadmap aligned with business objectives and emerging AI trends.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies, competitor strategies, and industry shifts to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring buy-in across all departments.
- AI Integration: Lead the strategic integration of Generative AI and Machine Learning models into core product lines.
- Resource Planning: Forecast technical debt and resource requirements to ensure scalable growth over the next 3 years.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype and validate cutting-edge concepts that will define our product portfolio in 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Product Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, or Technology Consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps.
- AI Fluency: Deep understanding of Generative AI architectures, Large Language Models (LLMs), and ethical AI governance.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical jargon into compelling business narratives.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decision-making in fast-paced environments.
