- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts impacting 2026's digital landscape
- Create KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and market disruption readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors with data-driven future scenarios
- Oversee the Innovation Incubator program, mentoring next-gen technologists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (2020-2025)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology roadmapping
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Forecasting preferred
