Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic innovation roadmap aligned with company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and capitalizing on emerging technology trends
- Conduct market foresight analysis to anticipate industry disruptions and competitive threats
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for product development and business model transformation
- Collaborate with R&D to translate strategic priorities into actionable R&D initiatives
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and continuously optimize strategic execution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Strategic Foresight
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foresight preferred
