Responsibilities

- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global R&D labs
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor next-generation talent in future-proof skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience influencing C-suite decisions
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/Master's in Technology, Engineering, or Innovation Management)
- Published thought leadership on technology futures (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Experience managing global innovation teams across 3+ time zones
