Qualifications
- PhD in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years in innovation strategy
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies or societal impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Track record of launching products with >$100M market impact
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (STEEP, PESTLE, Wild Cards)
- Experience securing $50M+ R&D budgets for futuristic initiatives
