As a key member of our R&D division, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities, develop strategic roadmaps, and lead incubation initiatives. You'll leverage cutting-edge research, trend analysis, and stakeholder engagement to position Innovatech as the industry's thought leader.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify breakthrough opportunities
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and investors
- Incubate prototype projects from concept to MVP stage
- Author thought leadership content and industry whitepapers
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network in tech innovation ecosystems
- Portfolio of published futurism work or patents
