- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Present findings to international stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Drive ethical technology governance frameworks for emerging innovations
- Secure $5M+ in annual R&D funding through strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech/biotech sectors
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, or carbon capture technologies
- Experience navigating complex regulatory landscapes for emerging tech
- Exceptional communication skills with executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology ethics
