- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation

- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product management with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching disruptive tech products (AI/sustainability preferred)
- Expertise in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management tools
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- Exceptional strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities
