Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term strategic frameworks for 2026+ digital transformation initiatives

- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration models

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies in regulated industries
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, biotech, space tech)
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks and policy development
