Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Lead experimental research in quantum machine learning and cryptography
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum coherence protocols
- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier scientific journals
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging quantum programming paradigms

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or similar high-impact journals
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in neural networks and deep learning frameworks
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or ion trap technologies
