Responsibilities

- Lead code reviews and technical mentoring for a team of elite AI engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex research into deployable features.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and ethical AI compliance across all training pipelines.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and edge processing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics with a focus on AI/ML.
- 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with a track record of leading technical teams.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or familiarity with hybrid algorithms.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for solving complex, unsolved problems.
