- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness across product ecosystems
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, Web3, biotech)
- Experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
