Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures optimized for 2026-era hardware capabilities
- Develop quantum error correction frameworks targeting <10โปยนโต logical error rates
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing interfaces for real-world applications
- Lead quantum network protocols enabling distributed quantum computing at scale
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Validate architectures through quantum simulation and prototype testing
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and mitigation strategies
- Track record of publishing in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with superconducting, trapped-ion, or photonic quantum systems
- Strong background in complex system architecture and distributed computing
