- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-readiness initiatives
- Produce annual Horizon 2026 strategic foresight report for executive board review
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for cutting-edge research
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and analytical techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, clean energy) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Published thought leadership on future-focused topics (white papers, journals, keynotes)
