Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures aligned with 2026 technological roadmaps
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives to overcome quantum supremacy challenges
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit stability and error correction
- Present quantum innovation strategies to C-suite executives and government partners
- Establish industry standards for quantum security protocols post-2025
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or advanced R&D leadership
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in Q#, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of translating theory to commercial quantum solutions
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware integration
- Clearance for DoD/NSF quantum initiatives preferred
