Responsibilities

- Lead a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with product management and business stakeholders to translate complex visions into technical specifications.

- Identify emerging technologies and technical risks, implementing mitigation strategies to drive project success.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, and technical leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong background in AI/ML infrastructure or emerging computing paradigms.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred).
