Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum cryptography and secure communication protocols
- Publish findings in leading journals and present at international quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source quantum frameworks
- Secure research grants from NSF and DARPA programs

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
