- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present executive briefings on emerging opportunities and systemic risks
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into current development cycles
- Author thought leadership publications on industry transformation
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Mastery of trend analysis frameworks (PESTEL, STEEP, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or successful future-shaping initiatives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
