- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and recommend mitigation/adaptation strategies
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof technologies into commercial solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D initiatives, and technology scouting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (blockchain, AI, AR/VR, biotech integration)
