Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for emerging technology trends (2030 horizon)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Author white papers on societal impacts of AI, biotech, and climate innovations
- Partner with VCs to identify and integrate emerging startups into our ecosystem
- Design ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation technologies
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research on exponential technology adoption curves
- Experience with neuro-forecasting tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and demographic megatrends
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (preferred)
