Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology impact assessments across AI, quantum computing, and climate tech sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on post-2025 market disruptions
- Produce annual 'Future Horizon' reports with predictive modeling of socioeconomic shifts
- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable urban development and circular economy models
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences and policy summits
- Mentor a cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and industry specialists
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in predictive analytics and trend-mapping methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Fluency in scenario-planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots
