Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuits for real-world deployment
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at international quantum computing conferences
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum applications for finance, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Secure research grants and partnerships with leading academic institutions
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to our quantum education initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of postdoctoral experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent high-impact journals
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Deep understanding of quantum information theory, entanglement, and decoherence mechanisms
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to secure competitive research funding ($500k+)
- Strong background in machine learning and classical computing optimization techniques
