Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency in Python, Q#, and high-performance computing environments
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with quantum annealing and D-Wave systems
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
