Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging industries and consumer segments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable strategic initiatives
- Author quarterly trend briefings and annual horizon scanning reports for executive stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startup ecosystems for potential partnerships or acquisitions
- Design innovation sprints focused on 2026-era business models and customer experiences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or trend analysis roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives implemented through trend analysis
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking (preferred)
