Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ horizon planning
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to identify transformative opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing future-focused initiatives and innovation sprints
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global future-tech forums
- Monitor KPIs for future-readiness initiatives and continuously refine strategic approaches
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 or tech scale-up environments
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills for executive and public audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating futurist projects with measurable outcomes
