- Author quarterly foresight reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for portfolio integration
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against strategic milestones
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech planning roles
- Proven track record of successful 2020+ horizon planning with measurable impact
- Expertise in data modeling, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech trajectories
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
